Dump It
Brain dumps can be super useful, and they’re more versatile than you might think.
In your Project Quartz journal, unload your brain with one or more of these types of dumps (or another of your own invention):
Task dump
Idea dump
Emotion dump
Stress dump
Transition dump (e.g. as you transition from work to home)
Morning dump (a.k.a. Morning Pages, which many people swear by!)
Evening dump
Now that it’s out of your head and onto the page, you can more readily act on it—or set it aside to act on other things!
