Give It a Month

You know that little thing that’s bothering you? Like that screw (or paint drop, or tear, or dent) that’s totally harshing your vibes right now?

Give it a month, and see if you still notice it. If you do, go ahead and fix it. But if you don’t, go ahead and (continue to) forget it.

Take a moment to think if there’s anything that’s currently on your mind in this category.

DON’T write it down in your Project Quartz journal (because if you do forget about it, you don’t need your journal reminding you!).

Instead, simply wait and see if it stays on your mind, and if it’s still there at the end of the month, go ahead and fix it.

Note: You’re also welcome to go ahead and fix it anytime. But sometimes it’s better to just wait and see how you feel later.
