Il Tempo Giusto
In classical music, il tempo giusto (“the right tempo”) is a musical marking that instructs the musician to play the piece at whatever they believe to be the right tempo, based on their experience.
So what is il tempo giusto for the tasks in your life?
Pick a task you want to explore, and try doing it at another pace (i.e., faster or slower). Maybe try doing it slower one day, and faster the next. Record your observations in your Project Quartz journal.
Having tried multiple different paces, which one feels the best to you? Whatever it is, that’s your tempo giusto for that task.
Repeat as desired for other tasks in your life.

Note: While many other approaches would have an agenda here (i.e., you should do it faster, or your should do it slower), Project Quartz has no such agenda. All we want to do is help you find your preferred pace, whatever that might be. Whether that’s faster, or slower, or exactly how you’ve always done it, is entirely up to you.
