Look What I Can Do!

As adults, we often focus on what our bodies can’t do. But as children, we loved showing off what we could do (as parents of a young child, can confirm!). This tool will help you regain some of that childlike wonder.

Instead of getting frustrated by the things your body can’t do, appreciate your body for the things it can do. In your Project Quartz journal, make a list of at least 5 amazing things your body can do. They could be things you’re grateful for, things you enjoy, things you find badass, etc.

If so inspired, do one or more of these things while deeply appreciating your body.
