Sense Memory
Think of a treasured memory you want to access more often.
Now think of an associated sensory cue. What sight, sound, smell, taste, or touch brings you back there?
Making the cue accessible will make the memory accessible.

Document your sense memory in your Project Quartz journal (the memory and the associated sensory cue). If inspired, you can also reflect on the experience of using the sensory cue (how you felt, what thoughts came up, etc.).
