Spam Ninja

Designate a page in your Project Quartz journal to be your real-world spam folder.

Whenever you have a yucky thought (or have to deal with someone else’s yucky thoughts), write it down here. Get it on to the page to get it out of your mind.

Treat the spam in your real-world folder like you do the spam in your virtual one, i.e., click the “Spam” button, and forget about it.
