All Together Now
Take advantage of mental inertia and batch similar tasks.
For example:
Errands
Cooking meals
Writing/responding to emails
Scheduling appointments
By grouping like tasks together, you can reduce the total “activation energy” required when compared to having to psych yourself up for each task individually.

In your Project Quartz journal, reflect on the past week/month:
What things do you find yourself doing again and again?
Brainstorm possible ways to batch some of these tasks. For example:
Maybe only do returns on Thursdays because your commute home from yoga takes you by the shops (no need to make another trip another day!)
Try batch cooking proteins/entire meals for the week with your family on chill Sunday afternoons
For brands: dedicate a single day to create content (i.e. all remaining newsletters for this year or next month’s social media campaign)
This next week, try out one of your batched tasks and see how much easier it feels to do everything all at once!
