Breathe In, Breathe Out

Before we begin, think of something (or some things) you want to increase or invite into your life, and something (or some things) you want to decrease or let go of. Got your things?

Now, take a moment to close your eyes and center on your breath.

As you breathe in, consciously breathe in the good thing(s) you just thought of.

As you breathe out, consciously breathe out the bad thing(s) you just thought of.

Note: Each rep can be focused on different things from your list, or the same two things (one good, one bad) repeatedly for increased effect.

Keep breathing like this until you feel 1% calmer.
