Challenge Accepted

Everyone loves a good challenge every once in a while.

Pick a challenge for yourself. It can be one that you create for yourself, or one that someone else already created. Maybe it’s consistency-oriented (e.g., do _____ every day/week for a week/month/year). Or maybe it’s accomplishment oriented (e.g., train for and complete _____). Whatever speaks to you at the moment.

Define and commit to your challenge in your Project Quartz journal.

Then go for it!

When inspired, reflect in your Project Quartz journal on how you feel before, during, and/or after the challenge.
