Choose Yes
In your Project Quartz journal, write down the problem or question you’re currently grappling with.
Then write down the choices you could make.
Surveying your options, which one feels like it is “choosing yes”? Depending on the situation, “choosing yes” could mean: saying yes to yourself, your values, your priorities, your goals, your dreams, etc.
Once you’ve identified this option, choose yes!
Note: It’s important to point out that “choosing yes” isn’t the same as saying yes. In many cases, “choosing yes” may actually mean saying no.
