Closing Time

If you have a tendency to get so into something that you lose track of time and forget other responsibilities or priorities, try this.

Set a clear stopping point for whatever task you’re working on.

Depending on the task, you might want to set an alarm for a particular time on the clock (e.g., 10:30 am), or a countdown timer (e.g., 1 hour).

Work on your task, and then keep your word and stop at that time.
