Grappling with a sticky situation or a harrowing decision?
Dream on it.
As you’re going to bed, set the intention to dream about your problem.
When you wake up the next morning, you might be surprised what your dreaming mind has figured out for you while you were sleeping.
It often helps to formalize this practice in writing, so before you go to bed, define the scope of the problem in your Project Quartz journal. Then leave it where you’ll see it right when you wake up, and write down any new insights that may have come to you overnight.
