Drop the Plastic Balls

Identify all of the balls you’re currently juggling (tasks, deadlines, decisions, etc.). Write them down in your Project Quartz journal.

Looking at your list of juggling balls, which ones are made of glass, and which ones are made of plastic?

In other words, which balls would it be catastrophic for you to drop (glass), and which ones have a bit more flexibility to let go of for the moment and pick up later (plastic)?

As needed, drop the plastic balls to keep the glass ones in the air.
