A Good Cry

Sometimes, a good cry is just what you need.

So when the tears come, let them flow.

In your Project Quartz journal, make two lists.

On the first list, write down things that help bring on the tears. Maybe it’s a song, a movie scene, or even a poignant commercial. When you feel the need for a release, but it’s not coming naturally, reach for one of these things to get you started.

On the second list, write down things that pair well with tears. Maybe it’s a favorite blanket or stuffed animal, a comfy pillow, or a box of tissues. When the tears come, reach for one or more of these things to support you.
