Honor Your Daily Rhythms
In your Project Quartz journal, reflect on each of the past 7 days, and see if anything sticks out to you about your average daily rhythms.
For example, are there particular times of day when you have bursts or slumps of energy?
Are there times of day when you feel most creative or productive?
Are there specific tasks that go more smoothly when you do them at particular times of day?
For the upcoming week, try to arrange your days as much as possible to work with rather than against your daily rhythms.
Variation: Honor Your Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Rhythms
Apply the same approach to your week, month, quarter, or year.
Are there particular times of the week, month, quarter, or year when you are more or less energetic, creative, productive, etc.?
Try to arrange your weeks, months, quarters, and years as much as possible to work with rather than against your corresponding rhythms.
