It’s Not You, It’s Your System
You carefully organized your space, but now it looks like a train wreck again? What’s going on?!
Don’t worry, it’s not you; it’s your system.
Take a moment to reflect on the organization system you chose, and identify one or more aspects of it that aren’t working for you (e.g., the containers are hard to open, making it a hassle to put things back in them). If the system were well-designed, you’d actually be using it, so what it is about the system that needs a redesign?
In your Project Quartz journal, brainstorm one or more ways to update the system so it feels like something you’ll actually be able to use long-term.
Then pick one or more of these ways and implement it!
Repeat this process as needed until the system works for YOU (not the other way around)!
