It Isn’t Stupid

You know that one thing that you keep thinking about but feel self-conscious about? The thing that others (or maybe even you) have told you is stupid, childish, or a waste of money?

It’s not.

If you keep thinking about it, it clearly matters to you.

So let yourself do or have it, and see how it makes you feel.

If/when you’re inspired, reflect on this experience in your Project Quartz journal.

Variation: You Do You

Are you into things that others aren’t (e.g., unpopular genres, “weird” foods, or other unconventional things)? Or not into things they are (e.g., celebrities, politics, or other things in vogue)?

You do you!

Here’s your permission from the universe to unapologetically care about the things you care about, and not care about the things you don’t.

In your Project Quartz journal, write down a few examples of things that fit into each category (i.e., things you’re into that others aren’t, and things they’re into that you’re not), and give yourself permission to be into them or not.
