One Less Decision
In your Project Quartz journal, write down all the choices you have to make in a typical day. Not what you choose, but what the decision is. For example, “what to eat for breakfast.”
Identify one of these daily choices that can be eliminated. For example, decide now what you’ll eat for breakfast this whole week.
Try living without having to make that choice for a week.
In your Project Quartz journal, reflect on how it went.
Variation: The Regular
Always struggling to figure out what to order at a restaurant?
If there’s something you know you like (either at this restaurant, or in general), designate that item as “The Regular” and choose that whenever you’re stuck.
