Out with the Old, In with the New

Think of the things in your life that you want to “show the door” to.

Then open the back door* and (metaphorically) escort them out.

Now, think of the things that you want to welcome in to your life.

Then open the front door* and (metaphorically) welcome them in.

* If you only have one door, you can use it for both parts. Or you can use a window (or windows) for one or both.
