Personal Sabbath
Set aside a dedicated time of rest, occurring at a regular interval.
It could be anything from 1 day per week to 1 hour per day to 1 minute per hour. Whatever length and interval feels right to you.
In your Project Quartz journal, commit to giving yourself this time of rest.
During this dedicated time of rest, do absolutely no work.
This might be the hardest part, but it’s also the most important: during your time of rest, feel thankful for this time to rest rather than guilty (or like a failure) for taking it. Recognize that this time of rest is only increasing your ability to do the things you need to get done at other times.
