Phases of the Moon
Throughout history, and around the world, many cultures have celebrated the phases of the moon, particularly the new moon and the full moon.
You too can use the perpetually cyclical nature of the moon to trigger a semi-monthly practice of your choice.
For example, a common routine is to use the new moon as a time to start something new, and to use the full moon as a time to celebrate your accomplishments.
But feel free to create your own moon ritual with any two complementary, alternating practices that match the vibes of the new moon and the full moon.

In your Project Quartz journal, solidify your new semi-monthly moon practice by writing down what you’re going to do at the new moon and the full moon.
Use this space for reflection during / after your practice too.
