Power Hour

Designate 1 hour of your week as Power Hour (often it’s on Friday afternoon, but pick the day/time that works best for you). Block it off on your calendar.

When Power Hour comes around, grab a yummy snack and/or drink and sit down with your to-do list.

Then power through as many items as you can in the hour.

Note: Power Hour is often done with friends or coworkers to commiserate with, but it can also totally be done by yourself.

Afterward, if you’re feeling inspired, reflect on this experience in your Project Quartz journal.
