Grab some bubbles and head outside.

Think of something you want to let go of.

Blow your troubles into the bubbles and let the wind carry them away. As the bubbles pop, allow your troubles to disappear with them.

Optional: Depending on the nature of your troubles, you may find it satisfying to pop the bubbles yourself, with poke or clap.

Repeat as needed until you feel a sense of relief.
