Slow Habits
Not all habits happen every day.
For habits that you’re working on that don’t happen every day, use your Project Quartz journal to make yourself a reward program card.
Each time you complete the habit, “punch” your card (e.g., add a tally mark or a fun sticker).
When you get to a round number that makes sense for this habit, reward yourself!
