Subtract
Sometimes, it’s necessary to edit your life, subtracting existing things to make room for new ones.
Ask yourself, “What can I subtract from my life right now, that, by doing so, will add to my quality of life?”
Maybe it’s a negative emotion like guilt or self-doubt. Maybe it’s an activity that no longer brings you joy. Maybe it’s a friendship that no longer serves you. Maybe it’s a piece of furniture that no longer suits your needs.
In your Project Quartz journal, brainstorm things you might want to subtract from your life, then choose one or more of them and actually make it happen.
