Swiss Army Hand

Using your hand as a guide, reflect on the following five things:

  1. Something you’re proud of (thumbs up)

  2. A positive intention (index finger pointing forward/onward)

  3. Something to let go of (give it the middle finger)

  4. Something you love (ring finger)

  5. A little thing you’re grateful for (pinkie finger)

Note: You can sit down and do this tool as a journaling exercise in your Project Quartz journal, or you can pull it out anytime you need it during the day (since your five fingers are always with you!).
