Up in Smoke
Light a candle.
Call to mind whatever it is you’re wanting to let go of. Pour all of the mental energy surrounding that thing into the candle flame, allowing it to represent that thing.
Whenever you’re ready, blow out the candle.
As the smoke rises and dissipates, release that thing.
