The Web of Satisfaction

In your Project Quartz journal, draw a dot surrounded by five concentric circles. Label these circles 1 through 5, starting from the smallest circle (1) and ending with the largest (5).

Pick several different aspects of your life that are important to you. For example, work, play, love, and health. Write these down at even intervals around the outside of the largest circle, and draw a line connecting each to the central dot, like spokes of a bicycle wheel.

Now, rank your level of satisfaction with each of these different aspects of life on a scale from 1 to 5, and put a dot on the corresponding spoke that corresponds to that circle number. Connect the dots around the circle to form a polygon.

The resulting shape is known as a spider chart.

Below your spider chart, reflect on your rankings. Which aspects of your life are currently going how you want them to, and which aspects could use a little more attention?
