Taking inspiration from days like Taco Tuesday and Unfollow Friday, designate a day of the week for something specific or special.

It could be a specific task, a self-care practice, a growth objective, or anything else you want to add to your week.

Give it a cute (perhaps alliterative) name, and write it down in your Project Quartz journal.

Then put it into practice.
