Yet

In your Project Quartz journal, write the sentence: “I can’t ___________,” filling in the blank with something you believe you can’t do.

At the end of the sentence, write the word “yet.”


Variations

Try adding “yet” to the end of other sentences, such as:

“I haven’t ___________ (yet).”

“I’m not ready to ___________ (yet).”
