Backstock

Write down 3-5 items you use so often that you’re constantly running to the store to buy them (e.g., paper towels, your favorite snack). Or things that it would be truly tragic to run out of (e.g., toilet paper, contact lenses).

Purchase “backstock” of these most valuable items and store them at home so you’ll never be without them. (When you dip into your backstock, be sure to replenish it!)

You can either store your backstock where it’s needed, or designate a particular place in your home to store your all your backstock together.
