Complete the Stress Cycle
Reflect on things that help you process stress. In other words, in the past, what are some things that have helped you recover from a stressful experience? Write down at least 3 of them in your Project Quartz journal.
These could be chill things that help you relax (like taking a bubble bath with candles), or active things that help you dissipate the excess energy left over from stress (like going for a run).
The next time you’re feeling stressed, do one of these things.
This will help you complete this particular cycle of stress instead of letting stress continue to build with no end.
