Invisible Army

Even though it can feel like it sometimes, you’re never truly alone.

Recruit a personal “invisible army” to support you through tough times. Your army might include friends, family members, ancestors, historical figures, fictional characters, people who are similar to you, or people who have gone through similar things.

List the members of your invisible army in your Project Quartz journal so you can remember to call on them when needed.

When you face a challenge, imagine your invisible army standing behind you, ready to go to battle with you. Metaphorically lean on them for support and draw strength from them to meet the challenge(s) ahead.

You (and your invisible army) have got this!
