Lessons Learned

After any experience (but perhaps particularly one that didn’t go as planned), ask yourself the following three questions, and record your responses in your Project Quartz journal:

  1. What did I do well?

  2. What did I learn?

  3. What can I do better in the future?

Once you’ve reflected on the experience enough to fully answer these questions, give yourself permission to stop dwelling on it and move forward.

By regularly asking yourself these three questions, you can make the most of all of your life experiences and use them to continually learn and grow.
