Trophy Case

At the top of a page in your Project Quartz journal, write “Trophy Case.”

Under this title, write short descriptions of some of your proudest accomplishments.

Sincerely congratulate yourself for accomplishing each of them!

Bonus: If so inspired, take your Trophy Case from the page to the real world by picking an image or object that represents each accomplishment and displaying them. This could mean anything from creating a Trophy Case photo album on your phone to making a collage wall or even an actual physical trophy case!

Variation: Space in Your Trophy Case

After reflecting on your proudest accomplishments in the past, ask yourself:

“What do I most hope to accomplish in the future?”

Leave space in your Trophy Case for these future accomplishments.

Variation: Greatest Hits

If you were a band making a Greatest Hits album, which life experiences would you include? In other words, what are the top 10 or so experiences you’ve had in your life? These could include the most satisfying experiences, the most memorable experiences, the most transformational experiences, etc. You get to choose what you want to put on the album.

In your Project Quartz journal, write down the “track list” of your Greatest Hits album. If desired, you can also include some “liner notes” that share a little something about the importance of each “track.”

If/when desired, return to your track list and reminisce about your Greatest Hits.
