Turned to Dust
In your Project Quartz journal, in pencil (!), make a list of things that have been bothering you.
Thinking about each item on the list, erase the ones that you either can’t or don’t want to do anything about. As you brush or blow the eraser dust away, let that thing go. (Alternatively, you can aggressively scratch them out, if that’s more your vibe.)
Now, make a plan to address the things you can and do want to do something about.
