One Hour of Freedom

Give yourself one hour of freedom by putting your phone on airplane mode.

While useful anytime, this can be particularly impactful on those days when everyone seems to need something from you. (If you’re worried that they’ll need something absolutely critical, you can designate someone to take over your responsibilities for the hour.)

Enjoy the silence! Do something that helps you relax and recenter, and enjoy this precious hour of “you time.”
