Stretch It Out
Release tension by giving yourself a stretch.
Close your eyes, and notice where there is tension in your body.
Then take a moment to stretch those places. It doesn’t need to take long (even a single 15 second stretch is better than no stretch!), but you’re also welcome to take as long as you like.
If you don’t know how to stretch a particular area, a quick Google search will give you many different ideas. As you find stretches you particularly like, make a note in your Project Quartz journal so you can return to them in the future.
