Will Do List
Take 5 minutes in the morning, and using your Project Quartz journal, write down 3 things that you will get done today. In other words, no matter what happens, these things will be done by the end of the day.
These things could be anything: traditional to-do list items, one-time occurrences, or even things you do every day. The key is that you’re committing to get them done by the end of the day.
Check off the things as you do them.
Feel accomplished at the end of the day!
