Fire Ceremony
Write down anything you’d like to let go of on a piece of paper.
Once you’re finished, fold it up, and set it aside.
Repeat that process at least two more times.
In a safe place (e.g., a fire pit, BBQ grill, or a large metal pot), set these folded pages on fire, and let go of all the attached thoughts and emotions as you watch them disappear into smoke.
